Called to check if they had a part in stock, but they didn't. Masood said he could order the part over the phone for me and it would arrive within 10 days. Took my credit card and contact info and a week later he called and said the part was in. Picked it up the next day. Very smooth transaction.
I have always had excellent service from the staff at Yarmand. They always have the parts that I need for my lawnmower and because of the service that I have received, I recently purchased a snowblower from them. They had several brands to choose from and the gentleman who assisted me was able to match me with the one that best suited my needs.
I went in today to pickup an online orderedpart for my Husqvarna lawn mower, total success. First time visiting the store, well stocked knowledgeable staff, I inquired about a Kress cordless battery electric lawnmower never seen the brand, had a product in store demo , bought the mower and just finished cutting my lawn. Great service and I love this mower. Thanks folks! Great experience all round.

Snowblower works like new! There were some unexpected repairs but Yarmand gave a breakdown of what they were before going ahead. Pickup and delivery were on schedule and the snowblower was ready in a week. Excellent customer service!
I went to Yarmand to get replacement parts for my 15-year-old Sears Craftsmen snow blower. The staff were very helpful, making sure I received the correct parts. Even though I came in with incorrect part numbers, and a picture of model number. Thanks to Connor and his supervisor (did not get his name). Great place, super service.
I have purchased parts, tools and most recently a large snow blower at Yarmand. The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and always take the time to explain things if they can. It is a popular place and it can get busy! I have seen them dealing with very difficult customers and I am always impressed. Prices are excellent so I do not have to worry about checking everything I buy there all of the time. Snowblower buying experience was really excellent, Ricky was very knowledgable about the different models, buying process was stress-free and it was delivered in excellent condition and on-time! 10/10 would shop there again!
